EU too stupid to learn from CETA's collapse?
CETA’s supporters are now coming with a new warning message: If CETA fails, the EU’s credibility will be undermined and no one will want to trade with us anymore. Most of the pro-CETA group blames the Commission’s decision to require the unanimity of all 28 Member States to approve the deal. So is it democracy that will kill CETA in the end? Will EU decision makers learn from its failure?
